Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you submit directly. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide, so that we can respond to your inquiry. This information is stored in our database and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server logs technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We use a small number of cookies, described below.

We may also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, general location, device type). When enabled, Google Analytics sets its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. We do not currently run advertising or retargeting cookies on this site.
Third-party services
Fonts used on this site are hosted on our own servers; no request is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party font provider. We do not embed third-party advertising scripts at this time.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
- To remember your language preference across visits.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
How long we keep your data
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business communications, and no longer than necessary for that purpose. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

Applicable law and regional contacts
LFA Global Management Consultancies is established in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, and is the controller of your personal data for the purposes described in this policy. Our data processing is governed by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). We also maintain contact lines in Switzerland (+41 79 412 59 97 for Portuguese-, Spanish- and French-speaking clients, and +41 79 593 07 30 for Arabic-, French- and English-speaking clients); these numbers are a service and language channel only, and do not mean LFA Global operates as a separate legal entity in Switzerland. If you are located in Switzerland, the European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction with its own data protection law, you may also have rights under that law; contact us and we will do our best to honor them, even though our processing is governed as a matter of law by the UAE.
